Falcons View is a development of some 300+ residential lots plus a commercial area on the south eastern side of Rolleston. The infrastructure works for this significant project are in excess of $10M, and the Scope includes:

Having completed the design and consenting roles on time, we are currently midway through supervising the construction of the first stages of this development. Our client, Yoursection FV Limited was keen to get the design carried out and construction started in a short amount of time. The Capture team successfully arranged for all project documentation to be approved swiftly, enabling the contractor to get started onsite even earlier than anticipated.
