Falcons View is a $10m+ development of 318 residential lots plus a commercial area on Lincoln Rolleston Road, on the south eastern side of Rolleston.

Capture are the Engineering Consultants for this significant project and the Scope includes:

• Engineering Concept Design

• Detailed Engineering Design

• Engineering Approval

• Project Coordination

• Contract Administration and Management

• Final Signoff of Engineering Works

Having completed the design and consenting roles on time, stages 1 to 6 are now complete. We are currently supervising the construction of Stages 7 to 19 (phase 1 of 2) which is due for completion early 2025.

Our client, Yoursection FV Limited wanted to get the design carried out and construction started ASAP, so the Capture team successfully arranged for all project documentation to be approved swiftly, enabling the contractor to get started onsite even earlier than anticipated.
